• The session is 15-20 minutes, and comes with 6 digital images and (1) printed 8x10 of your choice.
• Once you've selected your date and time, and signed the agreement, I'll send you an invoice and the location details.

MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits (half of the balance) are transferable due to weather (no more than 2 changes), and Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date available with no additional charge. 

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear on time or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to photographer and remain the property of Kimberly A King Photography.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining print rights for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints, or use said images in contests. 

COVID-19:  The client hereby upon signing of this contract agrees that no liability or responsibility is held by the photographer if the client should fall ill at any time following the session, including infection by coronavirus or otherwise.  Both the photographer and client agree that they should be aware of any possibility of transmission on their part, either through contact with an infected or possible infected person, or symptoms of any kind from themselves or someone in their household or social circle, they will immediately inform the other party and the session will be postponed until such a date as is deemed safe to rebook.  All photos will be taken within a safe socially-distanced manner, no less than 6 feet away. 

Once you've chosen your date and time, I will generate an invoice for either the deposit or the balance in full depending on the date booked (view Payment section above).  Thanks!
