Sessions are generally held Monday through Thursday, with limited availability on Fridays and weekends.

Outdoor sessions are typically scheduled 1.5 to 2 hours before sunset; however, we can accommodate different times depending on lighting conditions at the location. 

If you have a specific timeframe in mind, please reach out, and we'll be happy to discuss your options. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

We are based in Warsaw, VA, with our studio conveniently located on Newland Rd. 

For reference, we are about 7 minutes from the Town of Montross, 20 minutes from the Town of Warsaw, 25 minutes from Tappahannock, 30 minutes from the heart of King George, and approximately 1 hour from Fredericksburg, LaPlata, and Mechanicsville.

We accept cash, credit, debit, bank ACH payments, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Once your photo session is complete, within 1-2 weeks we'll meet back up to during your ordering meeting to review your photos.

Your retainer is non-refundable; however, we understand that emergencies can arise. Should you be unable to attend your session due to an emergency, we will work with you to reschedule.  We know how important your photos are to you, so we will prioritize you to get you back on the schedule.
