How long is a headshot session?

Most individual headshot sessions run 30 to 60 minutes - enough time to capture a variety of looks, backdrops, and expressions without feeling rushed. Team sessions are scheduled based on the number of people involved.

What should I wear?

After booking you'll receive a full wardrobe guide. In general: stick to solid colors, avoid busy patterns and large logos, and bring 2-3 outfit options so we have variety. Think about the image you want to project - polished and corporate, or warm and approachable - and dress for that.

Do you offer team or group headshots?

Yes - team sessions are available both at my studio and on-location at your business. Consistent headshots across your team make a strong impression on your website and marketing materials. Reach out for team pricing and scheduling.

How many images will I receive?

We'll customize your session based on your specific needs, and will select your favorites at your private reveal appointment.

How quickly will I get my photos?

Your private reveal is typically scheduled within a day or two, and from there final edited images are delivered digitally within a few business days of your selections. There may be exceptions to the turnaround time based on the scope of the project.

Can I use my headshots on social media and my website?

Absolutely. Your images are delivered in high resolution and fully licensed for personal and professional use - LinkedIn, your website, press materials, business cards, and anywhere else you need them.
