Common questions from organizations and businesses before booking a commercial or event session.

How far in advance should we book?

For events with a fixed date, the earlier the better - ideally at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance to allow time for planning and preparation. That said, I'm happy to discuss shorter timelines if your schedule requires it. Reach out and let's see what we can do.

Do you travel for commercial assignments?

Yes. While I'm based in Warsaw, VA and primarily serve the Northern Neck and surrounding communities, I'm available for commercial assignments throughout Virginia. Travel fees may apply depending on location - we'll discuss that during your proposal.

How many images will we receive?

The number of delivered images depends on the scope and length of your event. We'll establish clear deliverable expectations in your custom proposal before anything is confirmed. All images are fully edited and delivered in high resolution.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time is agreed upon during the proposal stage and is based on the scope of the project. For time-sensitive press or communications needs, expedited delivery can be discussed. There may be exceptions to turnaround time based on the scope of the project.

Can we use the images for press and marketing?

Yes. Commercial licensing covering organizational use - including press releases, websites, social media, annual reports, and internal communications - is included in every commercial package. Specific usage rights are outlined clearly in your contract.

Do you photograph multi-day events or conferences?

Yes - multi-day coverage is available. Whether it's a two-day conference or a week-long series of events, we'll build a coverage plan that makes sense for your schedule and budget. Reach out to discuss your specific needs.
